1. Who manages your data
Laboratorios Guiverno SAS, CUIT 30718651960, based in Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina (“Guiverno”), manages personal data from Argentina and is responsible for the processing described here, including processing on our behalf.
This policy covers our website, catalog, documentation, Console and related services. The service is intended for adults legally able to contract. Contact privacy@guivernolabs.com with privacy questions.
2. What we collect
We collect account and contact information, billing and delivery details, uploaded files and preparation settings, service communications, preferences and technical information needed to operate securely, including IP addresses where recorded. Information comes from you, use of the service and relevant sign-in, organization, payment or delivery participants.
Forms identify required and optional fields. Without necessary information, we may be unable to provide the requested service. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information; you must have permission or another lawful basis to provide someone else's data.
3. Why we use it
We use information to manage accounts, store and prepare models, quote and fulfill orders, process payments, provide support, protect the service and meet legal obligations.
Processing relies on the contractual relationship, legal duties or another applicable authorization under Law 25,326. We request separate, informed consent where required. Visiting the site or accepting this policy does not authorize unrelated uses.
4. Who receives it
We share necessary information with authorized personnel, service providers, payment and delivery participants, and advisers or authorities when legally justified. Providers acting on our behalf must protect the information and use it only for the agreed purposes. Guiverno remains responsible for processing on its behalf.
Where providers process data outside Argentina, we apply the safeguards required by Argentine data-protection law, including contractual protections where applicable. You may request information about processing locations, recipients and safeguards through our privacy email.
5. Your designs and advertising
We keep non-public designs confidential and use them for your requested service and related obligations. Selling or using your designs for advertising, portfolios, other customers or AI training requires separate, specific permission.
We do not sell personal data, send marketing communications or use advertising tracking. Account, security and order messages are operational communications.
6. Storage, retention and security
We use browser storage for sign-in, security, language and appearance. Preferences remain until changed or cleared; sign-in storage follows session expiry and sign-out mechanisms. You can manage site data through your browser, although blocking necessary storage may prevent access.
We retain information while needed for the service, claims or legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Security, access and audit logs are retained for two years from each event; requests for two years after closure; and backups and recoverable deleted records for up to one year. Longer preservation applies only where legally required for a specific case. Accounting records follow applicable statutory retention periods.
Account closure or a deletion request prompts a retention review. Deleting a library model does not automatically delete separate order records. We restrict access and apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including legally required incident notifications.
7. Your rights and policy updates
Write to privacy@guivernolabs.com to request access, correction, updating, deletion or confidential treatment, or withdraw consent where processing depends on it. No account or sign-in is required; reasonable identity verification applies.
We respond to access requests within ten (10) calendar days and carry out correction, updating or deletion within five (5) business days, as applicable. Access is free every six months, or sooner with a legitimate interest. We explain any legal reason preventing deletion and address the remainder of your request.
Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, receives complaints and claims concerning violations of personal-data protection rights. See its official rights page, without limiting court remedies.
We publish updates with their effective date, communicate material changes and request consent where required. Argentine data-protection law applies without displacing other mandatory rules. Both language versions describe the same practices.
