1. Using Guiverno
Guiverno is the trading name of Laboratorios Guiverno SAS, CUIT 30718651960, based in Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. These terms cover our website, catalog, Console and file-preparation, 3D-printing and delivery services.
These terms apply when you accept them to create an account or place an order. You must be at least 18, legally able to contract and authorized to represent any organization you order for. Keep your information accurate and your account secure. Browsing, uploading a file or requesting preparation does not itself place a print job.
Workspace members share its resources and balance. Only give access to people authorized to use them. Resource creation is subject to applicable workspace and service limits.
2. Print jobs, balance and delivery
To place a print job, confirm a completed preparation and select a funding category. Console estimates cover the net printing amount; applicable taxes, delivery and separately purchased work are disclosed separately. We disclose the total price, specifications, quantity, payment conditions and delivery timeframe before you accept the order. Separate preparation fees require your prior agreement. We provide electronic confirmation and applicable receipts or invoices.
Print jobs use your workspace balance in Argentine pesos (ARS). Acceptance reserves the job amount in the selected funding category, reducing its available funds. Funds reserved for other jobs or allocated to another category cannot cover a shortfall. The reservation remains while the job is queued or printing. When printing completes, the reservation is released and the job amount is deducted from that category's balance. Insufficient available funds prevent acceptance or an increase in the reservation.
Estimates use current material and printing-time rates; each accepted job records its rates and net amount. Later catalog changes do not automatically reprice that job. Agreed changes to its price or specifications may adjust the reservation and require additional funds. Other currency displays are reference conversions and do not change the recorded balance or charge. Contact customer service to arrange funding or balance adjustments, or dispute a movement.
Printing completion and delivery are separate. Changing a saved address does not change an existing shipment; contact us to request corrections. If a production or delivery issue arises, we arrange a solution and remain responsible for the transport obligations that apply to us.
3. Your files and printed parts
You must have permission to use and manufacture the files you submit. Check their dimensions, materials and requirements before ordering. We disclose relevant manufacturing tolerances and finishes; parts must match what was agreed. Engineering validation and certification are included only if expressly agreed. Tell us about safety-critical requirements before ordering.
An uploaded source file cannot be replaced on the same model; a different file requires a new model. Accepted jobs retain their own file copies. Deleting a model or preparation does not cancel a job or release its reserved funds.
You retain your rights in your designs. We keep non-public files confidential and use them only to provide your service, handle related claims and meet legal obligations. Selling or using your designs for advertising, portfolios, other customers or AI training requires separate, specific permission. Keep your own copy.
4. Changes, cancellations and returns
Contact helpdesk@guivernolabs.com and identify your job or order. A queued print job can be cancelled before printing starts. Cancellation, or a job recorded as failed, releases its reservation without a printing charge; those funds become available again in the same funding category. Once printing starts, ordinary job cancellation is unavailable; contact us about any change or claim.
Releasing reserved balance is separate from refunding a payment. Customer service handles payment-refund requests, disputed charges and any refund agreed with us or required by law. Separately purchased work already completed follows its accepted conditions and applicable rights. Cancelling a shipment does not automatically reverse a completed printing charge.
For consumer purchases made remotely, unless a legal exception applies, you may withdraw without penalty within ten (10) calendar days after the contract or delivery, whichever occurs later. A deadline on a non-business day extends to the next business day. We cover return shipping. Failure to inform you properly does not shorten this right.
Parts made to your specifications or clearly personalized may qualify for the exception in Article 1116(a) of Argentina's Civil and Commercial Code, which we disclose before purchase. Being 3D printed does not by itself make a product personalized. After manufacturing begins, cancellation for those parts is available if agreed or required by law. Your rights concerning defects, incorrect specifications and non-delivery remain.
Withdrawal and service-termination requests require no account. We may reasonably verify identity. We provide the legally required request reference within 24 hours. Other legally recognized channels remain available.
5. Support and account closure
Customer service: helpdesk@guivernolabs.com. Responsible area: Helpdesk. Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:00–20:00, Argentina time.
Report damaged, defective or incorrect parts through customer service. Statutory warranties and remedies apply, including the six-month legal warranty for covered new non-consumable goods, without reducing a longer applicable period. We bear the costs required by law.
You may request account closure or service termination without giving a reason. We acknowledge the request and communicate its effective date. Closure does not itself settle unused balance or erase pending jobs, refunds, claims, warranties or mandatory records. Customer service handles any outstanding balance and refund rights.
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights or compromise security. We may restrict access or reject orders for justified legal, safety or technical reasons, without limiting applicable remedies.
6. Privacy, updates and applicable law
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Accepting these terms does not authorize unrelated uses.
We publish updates with their effective date, give reasonable advance notice of material changes and request agreement where required. Confirmed orders retain their accepted conditions unless otherwise lawfully agreed.
Argentine law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protections or access to competent authorities and courts. For transactions in Argentina, Spanish is the interpretive reference, subject to legally required interpretations more favorable to the consumer.
